Job Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the optimization and improvement of lithography process;
2.Responsible for the design and improvement of lithography related fixtures;
3.Responsible for the lithography research and development of new products,new processes and new materials;
4.Responsible for the analysis of defective lithography products;
5.Develop process standards for various lithography products;
6.Formulated photolithography process operation instructions and photolithography raw and auxiliary materials process standards;
7.Maintaining lithographic equipment and troubleshooting simple faults to improve the performance of lithographic equipment;
8.Ability to use lithography measuring instruments,electron microscopy,etc.
9.Responsible for mask design and improvement;
　　
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor degree,major in Optics,Physics,Mechanics,Materials,etc.;
2.Good team work spirit,service consciousness,learning and innovation ability;
3.Engage in lithography and other related work in the packaging factory;
4.CET-6.
